Residence Marzia is a completely barrier-free building, with the two accessible apartments (located on the first and second floor) easily reachable.
The access to the building does not present obstacles; through a small ramp you can enter the hall and reach the elevator.
Beach Club Gilblerto n. 125 is just 50 meters away and it is barrier-free and accessible.
