The house has 36 beds.

Every apartment is equipped with cutlery e kitchen equipment, electric oven, TV and fridge.

The structure is composed by 8 apartments:

Ground floor

• Apartment number 1: large studio with kitchenette and bathroom, used as service local (table and chairs for 6 people).
• Apartment number 2: flat with living room and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. 4 beds (bedroom + sofa bed).

1st floor

• Apartment number 3: flat composed by living room with kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. 6 beds (bedroom + 1 sofa bed + 1 bunk bed).
• Apartment number 4: studio flat with bathroom and kitchen.  3 beds (1 sofa bed + puff bed).

2nd floor

• Apartment number 5: flat composed by living room with kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. 6 beds (bedroom + 1 sofa bed + 1 bunk bed)
• Apartment number 6: studio flat with kitchen and bathroom. 3 beds ( 1 sofa bed+ puff bed).

3rd floor

• Aparment number 7: flat composed by living room with kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. 4 beds (1 sofa bed + 1 bunk bed).
• Apartment number 8: studio flat with kitchen and bathroom. 3 beds (1 sofa bed + puff bed).

4th floor

• Apartment number 9: attic composed by large living room with kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. 7 beds (bedroom + 2 sofa bed for 2 people+ 1 puff bed).

Casa Letizia is at the forefront of the accessibility, meeting the needs of people with mobility impairment.

The eight units, located on four levels, are without any architectural barrier and easily accessible even through an elevator. The apartments are equipped with kitchen facilities

Bathrooms equipped with all necessary aids, grab bars neartoilets and showers.

Flats are linked by an elevator.

In the apartments there isn’t an intercom.

“Our stay in Auronzo is going very well. Casa Letizia is perfect and the surroundings absolutely beautiful!
Excellent accessible routes; Rina’s suggestions were very helpful.
The only drawback, which however does not depend on any of us, is the high number of people in town, completely beyond all expectations!
Lake Ledro, on the Dobbiaco-Cortina cycle path, is really very beautiful, with enchanting panoramic points (parking not far from the lake towards Dobbiaco) on the northern face of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
The cycle path is very pleasant, enjoyable and can be traveled in a wheelchair, even if it is unpaved, especially from the moment it leaves the roadside to enter the woods.
The Auronzo refuge is truly incredible, it is possible to get there by car, but due to a surplus of people, it is advisable to go there either very early in the morning or in the afternoon.
The path to go to the Lavaredo refuge is passable, but the ground is stony (I did not go in a wheelchair, partly because of the number of people, partly because of the stones).
Lake Santa Caterina (Auronzo) is really very nice for a glance and path, entirely accessible only on the side furthest from the road, so I recommend crossing the bridges (there are three) being able to choose.
Tip for Casa Letizia: equip the structure with the Wi-Fi network (not essential but convenient).

This (2020) has been a very special year and we actually didn’t want to go on vacation. However, in AISM (Multiple Sclerosis Italian Association) we found those who followed us step by step in making our holiday in Auronzo di Cadore absolutely pleasant, and as safe as if we were at home.
Casa Letizia has been beautifully renovated and made accessible and the apartment was handed over to us explaining every detail, after having reported and allowed us to have meals delivered at home from a nearby restaurant, which is equally good and kind.
There are many local services nearby (a supermarket, a vegetable shop and a launderette); everything you needed to enjoy a holiday in peace.
We fully appreciated the landscape, the coolness and the beauty of the lake.

“The apartment is clean, well laid out and has everything you may need. All the furniture is new and well placed. The person who welcomed us is very kind and nice.
It is also well served: not far away there are shops and a supermarket offering products of high quality at affordable prices. There is also a grocery shop close to the house.
If I have to find a fault, it is the location of the house facing the road so: if you want to keep the windows open at night, you will hear traffic noise.
We were very satisfied; this is the second year we come in Auronzo but we will certainly repeat the experience again next year.”
