Santa Caterina Village consists of two buildings, the village and the resort, connected to each other also through an internal shopping gallery with boutiques and bazaars, newspaper agents, tobacconists, souvenirs, clothing and gadgets shops.

There are different categories of accommodation: Resort, Comfort, Smart or Basic rooms, accommodating from 2 to 6 people.

Resort
The “Resort Rooms”, recently renovated, are equipped with independent air conditioning, mini bar, safe, hairdryer, 32” full-HD LED TV. To fully enjoy the disarming beauty of the sunsets of the Gulf of Policastro, some of them offer a great sea view and are with no doubt the most beautiful rooms ever.
One of the Resort rooms is accessible also to people with disability impairments.
For the most demanding, there are two wonderful “Junior Suites” available, with a large terrace facing the sea. These suites are composed of a spacious entrance and living space and a sleeping area with a king sized bed and the en-suite bathroom with emotional shower.

Village
The “Comfort Rooms” are characterized by a modern design and light nuances. They can accommodate from 2 to 6 people (Family Suite) and are equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, safe, hairdryer, 32” full-HD LED TV.
The “Smart Rooms” have been recently renovated and do offer air conditioning (with timer), mini bar, safe, hairdryer, 32” full-HD LED TV. Also for the Smart category, there are family suites available for families of up to 6 people.
There are 11 accessible Smart Rooms available for people with specific access needs. They are all located on the ground floor and do have also a private outdoor area.
The “Basic Rooms” do have a functional décor and are equipped with air conditioning (with timer), mini bar, safe, hairdryer, 32” full-HD LED TV.

For guests wishing to arrive by train or plane, it is possible to organize a shuttle service upon reservation. Info and costs can be requested in the quotation.

Located within a private park with a direct access to the beautiful beach, the Santa Caterina Village is open all year round with the “Hotel and Congress Center” formula and, from May to October, with the “Holiday Village” formula.

The village is fully accessible and all guests will be able to access all the services, including the beach, the swimming pools, restaurants and bars, the amphitheatre for the entertainment shows, and the pizzeria. There are many accessible toilets positioned around the village for everyone to use.
Thanks to the presence of trained lifeguards, guests with mobility impairments will be able to access the swimming pool and the sea, by using the available Job chair. Reserved umbrella stations are available and, on request, there is the possibility to practice diving with a professional and IAHD certified diver.

Free transfer service with the accessible van is guaranteed for those coming and departing form Scalea train station. Special price will be offered for those arriving from Lamezia airport or Paola.

Maximum attention is given also to dietary needs and the utmost care is reserved for blind and deaf guests.

Access and movement within the village is guaranteed to everybody thanks to the presence of special slides and ramps as well as lifts capable of accommodating wheelchairs, including the motorized ones.

The 12 accessible bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have the same facilities and comfort of all the other rooms. The bathrooms of the accessible rooms meet the necessary requirements for a full enjoyment of each guest’s holiday, and are designed to make the holiday enjoyable even for those traveling alone. The rooms also have a large independent patio.

Small pets are more than welcome (max weight 20 kg); dedicated solutions are available for 4-legged friends. Please do let us know you are travelling with your pet at the time of booking so to assign you a room with terrace or patio. There is also a delimited green area to allow them to play and walk.

Cancellation policy:
-30% if cancellation is communicated up to 14 days from the arrival day. In this case, the cancellation fee will be transformed into a voucher to be used within one year
-50% if cancellation is communicated from 13 to 8 days before arrival
-80% if cancellation is communicated from 7 to 2 days before arrival
-100% if cancellation is communicated the day before the arrival or for no shows
