Florence: walking tour Half Day
In this tour, an expert tour guide will accompany you to discover the old center of Florence, an open-air museum full of Monuments, sculptures and churches. We can start from the political center of the city, the Signoria square, where stands the medieval building Palazzo Vecchio and a copy of Michelangelo’s David sculpture. From the political center, we will reach the famous bridge Ponte Vecchio, where you will admire the sparkling windows of the goldsmiths. We will have a pleasant walk to reach the elegant and busy Repubblica square and, from there, we will take the narrow streets of the medieval district with its ancient towers and churches. We will finally reach the religious part of the town and admire the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with its astonishing brick dome, the bell tower, and the Baptistry St. John the Baptist with the beautiful Paradise Gate.
An expert tour guide will give you all the support needed and will chose the best and more suitable tour according to your specific needs. It is also possible to rent a wheelchair or an electric scooter if needed, as well as hire a specialized carer.
