Villaggio Mare Si 4* offers ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation, with several common areas: a games room, a room dedicated to card games, a multipurpose room usually used as a cinema or meeting area, a satellite TV room. For the more dynamic, there are ping-pong tables, a tennis and a soccer field with night lighting (free daytime use), a beach volley field, a bowling green and bikes available.
In addition to the beach, there are two splendid swimming pools; the largest one, with variable height from 1.30m to 2.80m, holds Aqua Gym and Aqua Zumba lessons while the smaller is perfect for children.
The area surrounding the pools is set up with 53 umbrella positions (5 of them are reserved to people with disability), each one equipped with two deck chairs. A lifeguard is always vigilant and present.

The village offers semi-detached houses, located on a raised ground floor, of about 45 sqm plus terraces (one front and one rear terrace), divided into two-room apartments accommodating up to 4 guests, and three-room apartments for up to 6 guests.
Each villa has an independent entrance, an external veranda with table and chairs and a private parking space, TV, dishes, linen, courtesy line and air conditioning/heating.

Accessible two-room apartments
The 12 accessible two-room apartments, measuring approximately 45 square meters plus terraces (front and rear terrace), can accommodate up to 4 people each.
They consist of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and equipped outdoor veranda. The internal rooms are very large, with a square plan, and also equipped with an access ramp and accessible bathroom, with grab bars and floor shower drain, without shower cabin.
They are all located on the raised ground floor and the entrance has an access ramp. They are equipped with TV with digital terrestrial channels, independent air conditioning / heating system, garden and private reserved parking.
Some of these villas are located in the central block of the village (near swimming pools, restaurant, entertainment, reception), where there is also the path to the sea, which is between 400 and 650 meters away / 0,4 and 0,7 miles, others in a slightly decentralized position (swimming pools, restaurant, entertainment, reception are about 50 meters away / 0,03 miles).

Three-room apartments (not accessible)
They consist of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds with anti-fall top edge or two single beds, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs. All apartments are on the raised ground floor, equipped with TV, independent air conditioning / heating, garden and private reserved parking.
The apartments are located directly in the central block of the Village (swimming pool, restaurant, entertainment, reception), where there is also the passage to the sea, which is between 400 and 650 meters / 0,4 and 0,7 miles.
