The Residence Volaia is the largest of the village and is made up of 5 buildings and 179 rooms (12 of which are accessible), accommodating up to 669 people. The structure is accessible to people with disabilities and is ideal for families and sports groups. The residence has its own restaurant with 3 self-service points and 7 dining rooms. Inside, you can also find a bar-tavern, various sofas and relax areas and a games room.
The Volaia residence also has a wellness center with a covered and heated semi-Olympic swimming pool (25m x 12.50m) with summer opening to the solarium equipped with chairs and deck chairs, a Finnish sauna with 25 seats, a mirrored Turkish bath and a tub with whirlpool, conference rooms, offices and ski rental point.

Residence Pettirosso – with 3 accessible bedrooms
Residence Pettirosso, located at just 5-minute walk from the main building of the village, has 40 rooms (3 of which are accessible) and can accommodate up to 135 people. It was designed for those who love the warm and welcoming environments typical of mountain homes and is usually chosen by families and seniors. The residence has its own self-service restaurant with dining room, a multifunctional lounge area and a bar with relative relax room with tables and chairs.
The building is equipped with a lift and is also accessible to people with disabilities. The rooms are furnished in a simple style and all have en-suite bathroom and a panoramic terrace or window.

Residence Peralba
Warm residence with a typical mountain character. Large relaxation room and small sitting area, with bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Residence Valdegano
The residence is located in a panoramic position near the Marian Sanctuary. It is a typical mountain villa with well furnished rooms, bathroom and sitting area.

Residence Tuglia
This residence offers typical Friulian furnishings. It boasts bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one meeting room, and a large parking area.

Refuge Stuz
For the most adventurous, it is possible to stay overnight at the Stuz Refuge at high altitude.
Free climbing wall outside the refuge available to all guests.

1 regular grass football field with grandstand and changing rooms, 2 synthetic grass soccer fields, 1 8-players soccer field, 5 basketball/volleyball courts.
1 tennis court and 2 basketball courts which, being communicating, can become a five-a-side football or handball, minigolf, 1 pond with 7 canoes and life jackets.
