Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure to Siena where we spend the full day. Siena is a city extremely rich in history and art. The excursion to Siena, about 50 minuti from “I Girasoli” includes the visit to the historical center, UNESCO world Heritage Site since 1995, with in particular the visit to the Church of San Domenico, Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. For those interested, you can also visit the Art Gallery and the Museum of Santa Maria della Scala.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning shuttle bus to the village of Lucignano, where you can visit the old town, with its characteristic ellipse shape and the Municipal Museum. Free time for lunch in Lucignano. Back to hotel. In the afternoon departure to Pienza. Pienza is about a 40 minutes from I Girasoli, visit to vthe village rebuilt by Enea Silvio Piccolomini (Pope Pio II) from 1462, on imagining it as the ideal city and using it as a sumptuous summer residence of the Pope. Pienzau0027s historical center has been declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996 (the entire Val d Orcia became as well in 2004). In the historical center can be visited the Renaissance Duomo and Palazzo Piccolomini. In the shops you can also buy the famous and delicious Pecorino cheese of Pienza. Do not miss the magnificent views over the Val d Orcia that can be admired from the terrace. Back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure to Florence. The excursion to Florence, at about 1 hour and 30 minutes from I Girasoli provides an entire day to one of the most beautiful cities in the world, rich of culture and artistic treasures. The day will include a visit to some of the most important symbols of Florence, such as Piazzale Michelangelo, the Duomo, the Baptistery, Piazza della Signoria, Santa Croce and the Ponte Vecchio. You can also visit the San Lorenzo market for shopping. On request it is possible to visit the Uffizi museum. (the Baptistery is not accessible.) Back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning free time to relax and walk through the magnificient park. In the afternoon half-day excursion to do a typical wine tasting in tuscan cellars. Visit to a vinery in the province of Arezzo, which includes in addition to the winery itself an explanation of the origins of the wine and its method of preparation. The visit also includes a tasting. Back to hotel I Girasoli. Dinner and overnight
